C-Channel sections are ideal members for framing both doors and windows. With the web orientated towards the opening a flush clean surface is available to affix the door and window frames.
By using standard trimmer cleats that suit the C-Channel gauge lines, accompanied by CFP plates to accomodate the counter-sunk holes, various arrangements are achievable.
